- Guests to provide own doona, sleeping bag or swag.
- Individual, switchable low wattage fluoro lamps at each bed.
- Two 240v power outlets in each cubicle.

Meals
- Two camp kitchens, each with dish-washing facilities , 6 burner BBQ, gas stove top, refrigerator, microwave oven, kettle, toaster, plates, cutlery, pots & pans.
- One camp kitchen comprising all above, plus wood burner, TV, tables & chairs to seat 90 to 100 persons, all undercover.
- Commercial kitchen can cater all meals for 120 persons.
